To schedule and execute recruitment and selection of employees by updating job description for all new positions.
Well versed with Naukri.com and Various job portals and recruitment sources. Involved in the end-to-end recruitment process.
=Executing new employee onboarding, orientation and training programs with records.
=Keep a record of monthly leaves and process payroll accordingly.
=Manage and resolve employee issues, grievances, and conflicts.
=Execute employee discipline processes.
=Conduct exit interviews.
=Maintain the HR MIS
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree or diploma in human resources management,
=Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management.
=Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
=Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
=Excellent logical, analytical skills. and writing and communication skills
