We are looking for Senior Executive/Asst. Manager - HR, who have Exp in 4-6 years with good communication skills.
Roles:
Handle HR Non IT recruitment consultants and co-ordinate in recruitment activities
End to End Recruitment i.e., Screening, Sourcing, Short listing, calling up for Candidates.
Coordinate interviews with the operations and follow up till the joining of the candidate.
Follow-up with the shortlisted candidates.
Pre offer follow up, Scheduling interview, getting feedback
from both client & candidate after interview.
Post offer follow up, estimating & determining candidates interest & support till joining.
Maintain the Documents Collected & Joining, Induction formalities.
Excellent Interpersonal skills & communication skills
