To answer incoming calls and redirect as necessary, make calls as well as keep track of incoming and outgoing calls.
Sort and distribute daily mail.
Greet clients in the office & making sure that they meet right personnel.
Maintain office equipment and telecommunications systems.
Order and maintain inventory of the office and stationery supplies.
Maintain and update internal resource list (extension list).
Handle and manage all customer contact and direct as necessary.
Maintain all 3rd Party Staffs leave records.
Maintain attendance report and conv. report for Third Party staff.
Maintain and update of all India Birthday List.
Maintaining First Aid Box and register.
Arrangement of Processing for I Card and Logging the calls for IT Products and crating of Email IF for New Joinees
Arranging and Keeping record of Conf Call.
Other duties as requested.
