JOB DETAILS
- Shall be based at the Plant and will report into the Plant HR Manager
Shall be responsible for the following:
- Recruitment
- Payroll Handling
- Learning & Development
- Performance Management system
- Employee Engagement Activities
- MIS
- Time Office function
- Statutory Compliances
- Support in IR activities - Maintaining Disciplinary process in plant; Drafting letters
- Welfare & Admin activities
- WCM Activity
Requirements:
- MLS/ MBA- HR/ MPM
- Should have 6- 8 year's experience in a manufacturing unit and hands-on experience in HR / IR / Admin
- Self Motivated,
- Good Analytical abilities
- Hardworking / Smart working, Energetic & Proactive & good in interpersonal skills
- Influencing skills, Team player,
- Creative and initiative-taking
- Sound working knowledge of labour laws
- Must be good in Speaking and writing English language
- Must speak fluent Marathi
