Expertise
The candidate must carry the requisite expertise in the following areas
a) Domain / technical expertise in the area of HR compliances
b) Ability to close BAU deliverables through regular coordination & follow-up with multiple stakeholders including internal teams, vendors and government labour departments
c) Proficiency in MS excel & Word
d) Ability to resolve compliance related issues through root-cause analysis
e) Ability to initiate & complete compliance related projects.
