Job Objective -
Support the various processes in the employee life cycle to meet the business objective & strategic goals
Responsibilities -
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Experience in Driving recruitment activities of permanent associates based on budgeting and manpower planning.
- Sourcing through various portals, consultants and other sources to ensure that we have a diverse pool of hires.
- Screen candidates and schedule for all rounds of interviews
- Prepare fitment and offer and conduct negotiations
- Prepare the induction and joining formalities
- Sound knowledge of ATS Success factor is must.
- Share and present TA dashboards on monthly basis and work on various reports.
HR Operations
- Ensuring error free life cycle processes like payroll, leaves and attendance, Mediclaim
- Prepare/ review MIS and dashboards and publish the MIS to relevant stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of HR MIS software ZingHR is preferred
Exit Management
- Complete exit formalities, schedule exit interviews and ensure pay-out of F & F and Variable pay
- Follow up with consultant to close exit interviews and share analysis
Qualifications- Full Time MBA/PGDM in HR/IR from reputed institutes.
Experience 5 - 7 years of HR experience preferably from Manufacturing/pharma industry.
Location Charkop MIDC, Kandivali (West), Mumbai
CTC - around 7 to 11 LPA
