Role & responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal.
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Professional networking sites - Social Media, Employee reference.
Knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Required Candidate profile
Candidate must have SAP knowledge & good communication skills in written & verbal.
Should have a good knowledge about SAP. Candidate should be from any manufacturing industry.
