Job Description:
Qualification Requirements:
Graduate/ Postgraduate with relevant experience
Experience & Exposure Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in HR Operation activities.
Worked on Onboarding, Background Verification.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Onboarding: Managed the whole onboarding process, ensuring that all pre-employment processes and forms were completed accurately. Collation, validation and updation of all employment documents
Background Verification: BGV initiation & follow up for closure of the activities pertaining to BGV.
Employment database: Responsible for ensuring accurate maintenance of the Employee details. Will be responsible and custodian of accurate employee database, e-employee records, employee files, Employee Record Keeping / Database Updation and Management.
HR Letter: Preparation of all type of HR letters. Coordination with stakeholders
HRIS Management: Accountable for Updation of HRIS system and record keeping with 100% accuracy. Validation and reconciliation of HRIS report on periodical basis.
Individual can be able to handle employee queries under managers guidance.
Reports and MIS: Individual can be able to prepare and maintain HR repots and MISs.
Essential Skills / Competencies:
Good Communication Skills.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Evidence in maintaining and practicing strong confidentiality.
Attention to details and Hands on, operational, data focused and strong understanding of HR Operations.
Ability to sense & align HR systems / processes to business requirements.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Well versed and experienced using Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel.
The Job responsibilities of the candidate shall include but not limited to the Job Description & to perform any other tasks/functions as required by the Company.
