Job description
A Senior Executive - Human Resources is responsible for leading and managing the human resources function of an organization
This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing talent acquisition and retention, overseeing employee relations and engagement, and providing strategic HR advice to senior management
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations, as well as experience in a senior HR leadership role
Additionally, excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives
