Job description
The Senior Executive - HR technology position is part of the Global HR Technology Team with specific responsibility for supporting Recruitment Management system and to work on other key HR projects.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic
Driving long-term strategy in collaboration with technology teams, recruiting teams and business leaders to support the recruiting needs
Define the recruiting technology roadmap and design industry-transforming solutions to enhance the existing processes and practice.
Operational
Coordinates and/or reviews and prioritizes incoming operational support issues and requests for technical assistance related to HCM Application; identifies and logs the type of problem; and monitors the status to ensure a timely resolution.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while responding with a sense of urgency to immediate needs.
Prepares briefings, reports, and evaluations on systems efficiency and utilization.
Ability to conduct UAT and develop Training manuals.
Works with key stakeholders to understand business needs for information and design, implement and deliver new features to fulfil such needs. Ensures compliance, security and integrity of HR data.
Ability to work on multiple parallel projects using organizational and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner.
Demonstrates knowledge about the technology and participates in training and development activities to keep abreast of current trends and practices.
Follows quality standards for own work.

Continuous improvement in process improvements, standardize practices and automation initiatives with relevant metrics
Drive project execution and implementation globally and time adherence
Deliver seamless service to the stakeholders
Tracking and publishing key HR metrics
Project governance and audits
Responsibilities also include configuration, ensure integrity of processes and data, and development of custom reports and dashboards in Business Intelligence, as well as data/functional audit.

Qualifications
Success Profile:
Qualification Experience (Critical and Desirable)
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
A minimum 3 years of Techno-Functional experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors or similar HCM/ATS
Know How (Critical and Desirable)
Knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration, policies, procedures, and employment law
Deep knowledge of HR processes, technical fluency and good understanding of technology concepts
Knowledge of functional specifications, deigning product maps, launching new products, conducting customer research and facilitating user testing.
