Key Responsibilities:
Be the SPOC for all Employee Relations matters. That includes, all Grievances, Redressal, Warning, Advisory & other letter issuance in collaboration with Head Office LCM team. Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
Partnering with both senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement Employee Relations best practices and programs.
Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
Employee Relations:
a. Discipline Management: Responsible to make employees aware of company code of conduct and guide them on the dos and do nots. Also initiate required disciplinary action in case of misconduct.
b. Grievance Handling: Act as sounding board for the employees, be the conscience keeper of company values in the region. Resolve all individual and group grievances swiftly. Gauge Simmering dissatisfaction and take proactive actions for harmonious and productive Employee Relations.
Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
Work Location - Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
Work Days - Mon to Saturday
