Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for HR operations profile as an applicable on Real Estate Industry
Must have knowledge of PF, ESIC, BOCW, CLRA , LWF etc..
Compliance Management
Time Management & Leave management
Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets
Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
Assisting with employee relations, grievances, engagement activities
Co-ordinate with background verification agency
Responsible for visiting departments such as Labour dept, PF, ESI etc...
Have to cross verify contractor monthly bills
Have to visit Projects (Gurgaon only)
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong comprehension skills for understanding needs and concerns and developing and applying solutions Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word; HRIS systems will be a plus
From Real Estate Background
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Must have good knowledge of MS Office ( Excel & Word)
Must have personal vehicle
