Managing end to end recruitment – Sourcing from various portals like Naukri, IIM jobs, coordinating with business for interviews, working on offer recommendation. Act the first point of contact for all the new hires being onboarded. Be responsible for managing the new hire onboarding life-cycle i.e. pre-joining connects, assisting the new hires in completing required documentation, conducting the inductions HR Operations: Leave and Attendance, Probation and Confirmation Process, Preparing monthly MIS dashboards, Finance reporting, preparing cost provision & forecasting reports on a monthly basis. Manpower planning: HR support to business holders to translate Business plans into resourcing needs. Manpower Planning & Budgeting to provide input on salary movement, headcount and benefits, working closely with finance team on closure of budget Performance Management System – Preparing merit files, sharing it with stakeholders, working closely with business on closure of merits within given timelines. Upload of increment letters on portal. Processing payroll on a monthly basis, working closely with finance team on closure, follow up with stakeholders on incentives payouts, loss of pay, rewards, if any to be included in payroll file. Exit process – Managing entire exit process, taking exit interviews and timely reporting of the exit interview feedback on a monthly basis with all the People Business Partners (PBP) Compliance and Vendor Management - Responsible & own delivery of key compliance items like background verifications. Flag the risk cases with the respective stakeholders so timely appropriate actions can be taken
