Primary Purpose: To Generate end-to-end training MIS and reports, manage online learning materials to be delivered via LMS. Play a key role in the collation of management information statistics and reporting on the usage of LMS and other learning technologies in use.
Key Accountabilities/Activities:
Primary responsibility:
Compile relevant information from School/ Business and generate MIS reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis in the pre-designed format, relating to training-operation team.
Check and monitor the various reports being sent to various user groups and to ensure that all training records/ reports are accurate and sent on a timely basis to all stakeholders whenever needed likewise published through training dashboard.
Generate ad hoc / temporary business reports as required from time to time for management decision making by various stakeholders.
Analyze training/ business information/ reports to identify process improvements for increasing training/ business efficiency and effectiveness. Report the areas of concern and significant variances to the management.
Develop new report formats, tools and MIS system as per the requirement of the business (Customer service, training and management).
Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
Responsible for coordinating all administration, leading to the Induction & training courses.
Training Feedback collection & evaluation to be sent to respective people. Be a single point contact for complete program co-ordination with the internal & external trainers.
Responsible for coordinating the Travel & Logistics for Trainers.
Maintain the Master Training Calendar and publish the schedule daily/ Weekly/ Monthly as required.
First point of contact for employee queries relating to content on LMS, provide one-to-one guidance to employee based on their specific requirements.
Ensure programs are hosted and tracked on the HRMS/ LMS.
Ensure implementation of Training Plan on HRMS/ LMS.
Aid training team with designing, planning and organizing content for their module areas on LMS.
Design and develop online resources, including interactive learning materials, screen captures and animations, will be an added advantage.
Provide advice and training to employees using LMS features and learning technology tools appropriate to their needs.
Assist and train employees with uploading module content such as PPT slides and documentation to their module areas on LMS.
Review materials on LMS and advise L&D team of best practice for effective use of LMS.
Responsible for all incoming communication relating to content on LMS, keeping records of queries, requests and resolutions to identify potential future requirements.
Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing the training requirements at CO office as well as Schools and Businesses.
Ensure smooth execution of Induction and Training, keeping a track of course material, training books, training props i.e. all training material.
Handling internal communication & coordinating with diff. Departments, maintaining files and corresponding internally & with Trainers.
Build and maintain a reference bank of freely available educational resources.
To work as a member of the training team to achieve the business goals and objectives.
