oles and Responsibilities
The Human Resource Representative will assist with complex and specialized administrative tasks including recruitment , assistnace in regional employee lifecycle management, and generating reports.
Roles To be Performed:
Responsible fot acquiring talent for the region but not limited to it.
Guiding employees through the appropriate on and offboarding policies, following up with current employees and keeping Central HR informed about all relevant information on time.
Initiate Employee confirmations and appraisals as per calendar timelines.
Coordinate with the training team for trainings of employees of all branches in the region.
Share attendance,leave and all salary transactions of employees with the central team.
Coordinating for other HR activities as and when needed like employee engagement, grievances, attendance etc.
Ensuring implementation of company policies in compliance with long-term business goals at the local level in coordination with central HR.
Ensuring our HR processes adhere to all legal standards established by Central HR.
Supporting managers and staff on daily issues
.Coordinating with Central HR for crafting organization-wide objectives and strategies.
Creating and maintaining accurate employee records and gathering all related documentation and key details.
Answering employees' questions regarding their benefits and compensation options and assisting with the administration of their benefits.
Assisting with audits, compliance reviews, and other mandatory reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
At least a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
Prior experience as a Regional HR will be preferable.
Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel
Experience with resume databases and ATS
knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, talent management etc.)
knowledge of all local rules and regulations.
knowledge of full cycle recruiting
verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
Negotiation and Interpersonal skills
