JOB DETAILS
This position will drive the entire life-cycle of the employee from recruitment to exit management for all the Direct & Indirect employees.
He/She will provide first-line advice to managers and employees on HR matters and share best practice with them and will support change management processes
He/She will participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
Recruitment and Selection:
Drive the Recruitment and Selection process – end to end from sourcing candidates to acceptance of the candidate, induction and follow through to ensure that the candidate settles in the new position
Exit Interview:
Receive the resignation, send resignation acceptance based on inputs from the HOD.
Prepare the full and final settlement and obtain authorization of CEO.
Manage all exit procedures for terminated employees
HR Data Management and MIS:
Create and manage employee data in ‘Hamon Talent.
Create and manage employee data in ‘Hamon Talent’ ensuring its accuracy and send the report to Belgium consulting with HRM
Ensure all employee related movement, appraisals, recognition, disciplinary action etc. are a part of this dossier to make it a comprehensive database
Update the organization chart structure every month
Prepare monthly HR reports e.g. Recruitment Status, Attrition, Gender Diversity, Payroll Register, PF report etc.
Prepare and forward monthly Headcount reports to our Parent Company in Belgium consulting with HRM
Payroll:
Based on inputs of attendance, maintain and process the entire Payroll for both Direct & Indirect Employees appointed from HO including distribution of Pay Slips on time.
Follow-up with bank for on time salary disbursement.
Time Sheet:
Review and Preparation of Timesheet and submission of consolidated time sheet to CFO and HODs twice a month
Analysis of consolidated time sheet on a bi-weekly basis
Compliance:
Maintaining the PF, ESI, PT, Shop Establishment records as per the government regulations and visit government office whenever required
Preparation and maintenance of the PF and Pension Withdrawal forms, Transfer Forms, Retirement forms etc
To manage and co-ordinate assessment proceedings related to ESI, EPF, PT etc under the guidance of CEO/HRM & Factory HR
Maintaining various Liason Certificates, Company Certificates etc.
HR Administration:
Check, verify and forward all the administration bills to the accounts department for accounting and payments thereof
Preparation of all administration related POs, obtain authorization of CEO/HOD
To maintain all the documents as per ISO framework
Preparation and review of existing policies whenever required
Coordinate facility management
Other Activities:
ISO compliance for HR & Admin Procedures, co-ordination of ISO audit and reviews
Visit Government offices whenever required related to compliances
Any other duties as may be required from time to time
