Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
Responsible for Bulk Hiring for Kitchen Staff
Kitchen visit to understand kitchen requirements for the current gap
Presenting the weekly report to the Zonal Manager for hiring details.
Ready to Travel to recruit people from the field
Negotiate with candidates & take them on board
Good Knowledge of statutory compliances.
Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms. And prepare their joining files.
Participate in organizing company events and other activities.
Able to analyze employee's capabilities before joining and their problem after joining.
Compliance Management.
Handling Grievances.
To do Employee Engagement activities.
To work on kitchen employee attrition.
Skills Required :
Excellent Communication & written skills.
Ready to visit outlets/Kitchens.
Good at Excel & word for generating reports.
Optimistic & analytical approach.
Knows local Language.
