Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities
• Recruitment: Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department. Preparing JD’s and getting it approved from the department head
• Handling On boarding: Induction, documentation, filing documents, PF formalities
• Handle exit process.
• Attrition Analysis & Retention strategies
• Working on HR compliance and MIS
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Maintaining Attendance and Biometric Data.
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
• Conducting Employee Engagement Activities every month
Requirements
Proven 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources•
Familiarity with resume databases and Recruitment Portals•
Basic knowledge of labor laws•
Excellent organizational skills•
Strong communications skills•
Master’s Degree in Human Resources•
