JOB DETAILS
ROLE SUMMARY:
The incumbent would be responsible for smooth execution of end to end recruitment of all Inhouse positions and create an authentic database for future hiring needs.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Coordinate with business heads to identify staffing needs.
2.Sourcing candidates from the best possible recruitment methods and techniques.
3.Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
4.Closing the position within given TAT.
5.Ensure documentation for new recruits.
6.Coordinate with respective functional heads for timely deployment and tracking of new recruits.
7.Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
8.Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
SKILLS & COMPETENCY:
1. Good written and verbal communication
2. Proficient in the use of social media and job portals.
3. Good computer skills. Must be well versed in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Presentation, MS Word, etc)
4. Pleasant and confident disposition
5. Ability to work under pressure
