Roles and Responsibilities
1. Talent acquisition - Shortlisting candidates
2. Screening candidates and scheduling interviews with panel, CTC negotiation
3. Offer letter preparations and other documentation.
4. Joining formalites of new joinees
5. Induction on date of joining
6. HR operations - Leave , Attendance, Systems, data management, MIS. Etc
7. Employee Engagement - Coordinate with all departments for any event organized.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 -4 years in Talent Acquisition (Non IT positions) HR Operations and generalist role.
Preferably should have Real Estate/Construction industry knowledge/ work experience.
