Line of Business - Retail Assets (Secured & Unsecured Business)
Handling end to end recruitment process for State (Retail Assets).
Creatively source and develop a pool of qualified applicants through the use of traditional and non-traditional techniques including social media channels, cold-calling/direct sourcing, networking, job fairs, internet searches, postings, etc.
Handling employee queries from the respective division.
Determine candidate qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements
Build a bench and identify viable candidates for current open positions and future positions.
Partner with divisional leadership for all talent planning and strategy.
Must be able to develop rapport with current staff and build new relationships with local recruiting sources.
Must be flexible in Travelling across the State
