Handling 20 to 25 supermarket stores for the Karnataka market
- Efficiently drive the regional HR operations for all levels across the zone
- Direct and Overseeing of HR Policies and Procedure for all new Joiners
- Prepare and manage a regional manpower budget
- Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed
- Preparing accurate HR reports and maintaining updated track and documentation of all HR
activities in the Region
- Investigate HR issues and enact necessary measures
- Coordinate with L&D team to plan & implement career development path for Front end staff
- Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards
- Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues
- Set performance standards and evaluate local HR teams
- Coordinate with Zonal HR Manager to craft organization-wide strategies and objectives
