3. Vendor Management under CLRA Act & Regulation.
To be Maintain Attendance Records, Vendor bill processing, maintaining statutory records & Forms.
Preparing Agreements, Issuing Intent and renewals etc.,
Checking Vendor statutory Payments ESI, PF etc at the time of Payments.
To be handle grievance from service providers and sort the issues immediately.
4. Maintaining Health benefits SAP Internal.
5. To be Manage Internal & surveillance Audits, whenever required.
6. Co-ordinate with Payroll and Attendance process.
Regular, Hospital Contract, Retainer ship etc.,
Salary Payments for Contractors and daily wages people.
7. Personnel & General Administrations Deal with Trade union office bearers, union queries and grievance. Maintain personnel records of employees, Issuing Offer letter, Appointments, Transfers, warning, Show cause whenever required. In addition issuing Promotion orders, increments etc., Canteen Management, Transport Management & Man Management Etc.,
