JOB DETAILS
Liaise with Hiring Managers as required in order to effectively close the fulfillment of requisitions Contingent (Contract staff) position recruitment -
Coordination and management of the process with third-party vendors and hiring manager to fulfill the contingent worker requirements including empanelment of new vendors
Set and maintain vendor standards for profile submissions (both quality and quantity) to alleviate wasted cycles in the hiring process
Review screen candidate profiles shared by the vendors and share the same to hiring leader for further action
Schedule interviews and share the post interview feedback to corresponding vendors
Maintaining and keeping track of end-to-end contactor hiring database including managing the contract renewals globally
Coordinate with third-party agencies for specific hiring for FTE positions, as needed
New Hire Engagement - Keeps the candidate engaged through constant communication during the period between offer acceptance and joining
Track the progress of requisition fulfillment, no-shows, and new joiners on a regular basis and provide necessary insights to the leadership team
Coordination for Background checks with BGV agencies, as needed
What you ll Bring:
Strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures including vendor management, contract staffing empanelment
Proven experience interacting with various stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates, vendors, etc.
Good understanding of the external marketplace and recruitment trends
All About You:
5-8yrs of experience in technology hiring (IT recruitment)
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to interact with senior managers in different business units
Data analysis experience
Quick Learner, positive attitude, and excellent team player
Strong networking skills with the capability to build effective relationships with candidates and various internal and external stakeholders
Other Qualifications:
Bachelor s / Master s Degree
