Role Overview:
Salesera is seeking a dynamic and organized HR & Admin Executive for our esteemed client based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai. This role is perfect for a versatile professional who can efficiently manage key HR functions and daily office administration to ensure a smooth and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Support: Assist with the recruitment cycle, manage employee onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee records, and track leave and attendance.
Employee Point of Contact: Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Payroll Input: Provide accurate data (new hires, attendance) for payroll processing.
Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, manage vendor relationships (supplies, services), and coordinate office maintenance.
Logistics: Handle travel arrangements and assist in organizing company meetings and events.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 1-3 years in a similar HR and Administration role.
Education: Bachelor's degree required. An MBA or PGDM in HR is highly preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Location: Candidates must be from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai.
