JOB DETAILS
Objective: Support Frontline Sales Operations by ensuring implementation of the HR Strategy and processes towards Strengthening the talent, people capability and overall engagement of the frontline teams.
Function: Human Resources
Job Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the business and execute Business Linked HR Plans for the year
• Work with the Third-party vendor to manage the Employee Lifecycle of MGRs and reduce MGR attrition and increase engagement
• Drive zonal incentive programs for Sales teams at both on-roll and off- roll levels and ensure effective utilization to drive business growth
• Manpower planning and execution to maintain an optimum ratio of manpower to revenue and deliver” flat to prior” manpower cost
• Execute Compensation actions for the teams as per the Rewards Philosophy to retain and engage talent
• Strengthen the Talent Pipeline in the Frontend through
o Recruitment and Induction of the Right talent
o Talent Management & development
o Top and Bottom Talent Management
o PIP management, Review and Development
Job Responsibilities
• Employee Engagement
o Partner with the Zonal teams to Drive Planning and Employee Engagement Initiatives
o Rewards and Recognition
o Drive other routine engagement activities including Open House Sessions
• Sales HR Routines –
o Monthly MIS for MGRs, Payroll Inputs for Permanent Staff
o Market Visit/Gate Meeting Routine to ensure regular interaction with the Sales Team
• Ensure Statutory compliances as per labor laws and HRP and facilitate the COBC cases for the zone
• Ensure compliance to adherence for safety guidelines for the zone
• Working with HR COE teams to drive HR agenda in terms of L&D, Talent Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits & Facilities management

Job Requirement
Qualifications: MBA in HR from a Tier-I/II MBA institute
Experience: 3-5 years’ work experience
