1) Person should have knowledge of Statutory compliance like PF , ESIC.
2) Person should be willing to travel to different site on Pan India Basis for submission of HR compliance to the client and resolve the issue related to HR
3) Person should have knowledge of labor compliance of different states
4) Person should have worked on HR related software like Spine for salary , leaves etc.
5) Person should be willing to undertake any other task apart from HR as per requirement of company .
6) Person should be willing to give atleast 2 years to the company keeping in mind the long term stability.
7)Person should have basic knowledge of the recruitment process and screening of candidate for particular position.
8) Person should have either conducted campus interview or being part of campus interview.

Industrial X-Ray & Allied Radiographers (I) Pvt. Ltd. popularly known as IXAR was founded in 1969 and started its activities in a humble way in the field of Radiography, one of the Non Destructive Testing methods.
The hard work, sincerity and dedication put together have brought the company to its present standing with the inclusion of all the NDT test methods under its wing. This includes test methods like Ultrasonic, Magnetic particle, Liquid Penetrant, Eddy current etc. As a matter of pride There is not a single project of typical nature in India where IXAR has not worked and thus vast experience gained, is the base for its full confidence to undertake any challenging job irrespective of size and technical complexities. 26th January 1985 was the land mark day for the company when the office was shifted to a new building measuring 5000sq, ft. floor space.
On 9th July 1986 the company became Private Limited Company.
The company has acquired the ISO: 9001:2000, quality systems in the year 2003. The company strives ahead to acquire latest technology to cope with the present day challenges in the field of NDT. The Company today is well established leader in the field of Most of the Non-Destructive Testing methods all over India and in some part of the World. As on date the Company has dedicated work force of around 500 people under its wing in different categories.
