The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop Understanding of Units Business, Operations, Market Perspectives & Role Appreciation
Responsible for Manpower Planning and its activation via Sourcing, Career Planning, capability building & Building Talent Pipeline
Develop solution for people related issues
Share strategic insights with business based on analytics
Design initiatives to help workforce understand and align with organizational culturevalues & beliefs
Design initiatives to help all groups in unit to navigate change management and internalize the same
Ensure Legal Compliance
HRIS management & Benefits administration
Responsible for sourcing processes & integration of new hires for the unit
Responsible for implement in PMS and related processes
Develop & delivering training as per Corporate training plan
Investigations in people related issues
Formalize HR Connects
Run feedback mechanisms and share findings with unit leadership and line managers
Implement action points from various employee feedback mechanisms
Responsible for retention and attrition related process
Create Employee Engagement for the unit aligned with business needs
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
8+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
