Regional HR - Bihar, Microfinance Business (based in Patna) Partnering with the Business to support, co-design, implement, track progress, and evaluate organizational and talent development programs designed to improve retention, learning, performance, culture, build capability and achieve long-term success through talent management and organization development initiatives. Partner with business managers to plan and understand the functional requirements and source candidates Plan and execute tactical hiring as per business requirements taking into consideration diversity & inclusion Execute a strong sourcing strategy to achieve business requirements on a timely basis for all businesses, enabling and support functions Ensure the implementation of an effective recruitment plan in line with the estimated manpower requirements across the division Coordinate with the business leaders to keep them informed about the work progress, share relevant CVs post scrutiny, set up interviews, follow up for feedback and effectively close the positions Devise innovative methods to ensure best talent supply to the Talent Acquisition team, in minimum time Anchor mass-recruitment through walk-ins, recruitment drives, job fairs by leveraging Job Portals and Social Media Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation and rollout etc. Analyze and benchmark industry trends for sourcing and technologies to ensure continuity of talent supply End-to-End Employee life cycle Management Data driven : HR Dashboard, HR analytics & areas of improvisation. Building employee value preposition. Managing attrition, retention, employee engagement across regions / zones. Conducting induction, refresher, skill development and promotional training.
