Head hunting 1. Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles 2. Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary 3. Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates 4. Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals 5. Attend job fairs and organize career events 6. Keep in touch with past applicants & track and compile the data. Expansion 1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction 2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs 3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients 4. Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting client objectives 5. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers 6. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Analysis & Assessments Generate and deliver reports by doing analysis on the executives Need to check the ground level issues and generate report Offer suggestions and direction from analysis to help guide organization decision-makers Collaborate with different teams and departments to provide expertise and insight 5. Develop a schedule to assess training needs and plan accordingly 2. The Trainer should conduct NHIT (New hired induction Training) for the new executives 3. The Trainer should coordinate with the store managers and Identify the low executives and need to plan Performance enhancement training (PET). 4. Systematic plan is required to conduct training on New Product Launch. 5. Shop Staff training should conduct when the new product released. 6. Ensure to support for the Festival targets to contribute your skills and to support the VBA in the market. 7. Plan to visit the outlets and coordinate with Executives, brand promoters Market team leaders, Branch manager for the smooth functioning. 8. Participate in gate meet in your respective Zones to discuss on the ongoing issues/improvement and the betterment of the process. Desired Candidate Profile a)Candidate should be MBA (HR) or PGDM in HR b) Minimum 1 to 2 years experience required c) ) Immediate Joiner preferred Perks and Benefits Salary 18k to 24k
