Grading Maintenance
Execute grading data maintenance on the position & employee level based on request received
Provide support to HR Consultant / Partner and CoE P&R under all related grading topics in SuccessFactors - Employee Central
OM data Quality Review & Replication
Checking of data replication from SuccessFactors - Employee Central & SAP HR-PA & OM
Run periodical data quality assessment of OM & grading related data to guarantee consistency
Review data quality replication toward SAP HR-PA & OM
Run mass uploads related to Position and Department attributes in SuccessFactors - Employee Central
Requirements:
Academic Qualifications and Experience
Upto about 5 years' relevant experience in a HRSS Shared Service Centre/ GBS
Good knowledge of SuccessFactors - Employee Central & SAP HR-PA & OM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools in order to handle data building, template uploads and data review with significant data sizing
Supporting positions, leading with complex/simple requests under a ticket solution support (SAP, HP, ...) as well providing 1st level support

Ensure the maintenance of organizational management (OM) changes and grading within their region scope in the needed HR corporate (SuccessFactors - Employee Central & SAP HR-PA & OM) and regional/local systems, based on HR Consultant/Partner requests. Provide support to HR consultants/partners under all related OM topics and run a periodical data quality assessment to ensure accurate and timely update of OM data as well reviewing data replication towards SAP HR-PA & OM.
