JOB DETAILS
Recruitment:
- Understanding manpower requisition from concerned departments, sourcing & screening the candidates
- Conducting and co-ordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintaining database of the candidates.
Induction & On-boarding:
- Releasing offer letter to selected candidates, issuing appointment letter on joining, ensure smooth on-boarding transition of new joinees, relevant document filling of employees.
HR Policies & Manual:
- Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
Employee engagement:
- Planning events or activities on some occasions (like birthday, work anniversary), manage employees grievances.
Statutory Compliance:
- Leaves compliance- as per acts applicable to employees, Other compliances like Minimum salary/PF/ ESIC/ medical deductions as applicable
Exit formalities:
- Conducting exit interviews of candidates who are resigning, ensure smooth exit of employees, Issuing relieving letter and letter of experience
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
