Roles Summary
We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our RPO team. Who can manage the first stage of recruiting process.
Sourcing Specialist's responsibilities include:
Using various channels to look for potential candidates.
Contacting passive candidates.
Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media, and enjoy learning about different roles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and maintain contact with talent communities for active and passive candidates for patterns hiring US-based clients.
Proactively identify our hiring needs and Utilize market-mapping techniques to understand where talent exists, keep up-to-date on market trends, and provide strategic advice on how best to access talent.
Source for niche skills in IT/Non-IT domains.
Use various direct candidate attraction techniques, including utilization of job boards, Boolean searches, CV databases, referrals, social networking sites, search engine optimization activity, Slack, Github, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray, etc., to drive candidates to patternshiring.
Craft and send recruiting emails.
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Actively improve 'time-to-source' metrics by spotting opportunities to enable more efficient access to talent.
Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired.
Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks.
Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System Ceipal).
Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
Hit weekly targets.
Any other tasks the Immediate Supervisor may assign.

SKILLS
Flexible to work in UK Shifts.
Proven work experience as a Technical Sourcer or Technical recruiter of 2 yrsor more.
Experience in building, owning & maintaining talent pools, including our internal talent pool
Extensive experience in sourcing candidates utilizing a variety of methods, including:
Advertising (on-line/off-line)
Internet search (data mining)
Database search
Web 2.0 methodology
Social Media / Google Adwords, etc.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
Technical knowledge.
Proficient in the use of a spreadsheet, database, and word processing packages Word and Excel, and knowledge of using recruitment databases.
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
