Sourcing the required profiles through job portals, references, headhunting and mapping techniques.
Screening applicants to assess technical competence, credentials and attitude.
Taking telephonic interviews and shortlisting interested candidates based on suitability of the profile as per clients requirement based on experience in the industry, skills, assignments handled, communication etc.
Being the SPOC with the client and servicing their mandates in a professional approach within defined timeline. Maintaining the profitability of the team.

We focus on executive and senior management search, as well as hiring for middle management, niche roles and diversity, while Volume hiring and temporary staffing continue to be managed under the “Head Hunters HR” organization.
