Job Title: Recruiter
Job Overview:As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. Your primary goal will be to identify top talent, manage the recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for each position.
Provide timely updates and progress reports on the recruitment process to hiring managers.
Participate in candidate selection discussions and provide valuable insights to assist with hiring decisions.
Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide feedback after interviews.
Address candidates' questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
Employer Branding:Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the organization's reputation in the job market.
Assist in developing and maintaining recruitment marketing materials and content.
Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to the management team as needed.
Compliance and Regulations:Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
Follow internal recruitment policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
Familiarity with various sourcing and recruitment methods, including social media and professional networks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates effectively.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Well-organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Experience recruiting for diverse roles and industries.
Familiarity with employer branding strategies.
