2-5 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter. Experience in Engineering, Industrial Automation industry will be an added advantage.
o Strong knowledge of various sourcing strategies and techniques including social media technologies is required
o Passionate about hiring and able to speak about our services and requirements.
o Ability to communicate effectively, both in-person and through written correspondence and presentations, with candidates, peers, managers, and leadership
