JOB DETAILS
End to end responsibility for the recruiting process and execution:
Sourcing, Screening resumes and management of candidate pools through social networking sites, job portals.
Identify and approach active and passive candidates through internal and external channels to fill positions in a timely manner
Build and maintain candidate pools and talent pipelines
Work on volume recruitment and mass hiring
Assessment and selection of candidates:
Conducting preliminary interviews, telephonic interviews and short-listing candidates.
Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates and act as first point of contact for applicants
Administering appropriate company assessments
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Relationship management:
Partnering with hiring managers to determine needs
Facilitate professional and smooth communication with all stakeholders involved in the recruiting process.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Maintain and leverage a recruiting network.
Profile Description:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 2-4 years recruiting experience from shared services, KPOs, Captive / Third-Party environment
Experience in recruiting non-IT roles like Finance, RTR, Supply chain or similar requirements
Hands on experience in handling volume hiring, conducting mass recruitment drives and walk-ins
Excellent written & verbal communication, relationship building, multi-tasking, organizational, presentation, collaboration, follow-up, and negotiating skills
A proven ability to pipeline talent along with an in-depth knowledge of creative sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates.
This is a retainer role (direct contrcat) for a period of 12 months
