Should have Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Talent Sourcing.
Have good communication skills.
Should be responsible for overall recruitment cycle.
If required, should be experienced in arranging & conducting Interviews / Initial screening of the candidates.
Follow - ups with candidates.
Coordinating with the stake holders and the candidates.
Prepare and post job description on various job portals.
