Looking for Non-IT / IT Recruiter / | Full-time Permanent position
Qualification: Graduate or MBA-HR
Experience: 2 - 4 years
Location: Pune (Kothrud)
Job Description:
Handling End-to-End Recruitment for sub-contractual as well as permanent positions.
Conducting interviews for levels of junior/middle management
Scheduling interviews of candidates and keeping continuous follow-up for feedback.
Salary Negotiation and follow-up with candidate's pre and post joining.
Maintaining Daily Tracker.
Responsible for Generating CV pool through Job portals, References etc.
Screening CV's and Validation of Candidates.
Skill Requirement:
Excellent Communication Skills
Willingness to learn attitude
Hands-on working experience with Job Boards
