Competitive mapping of candidates and salaries from the industry.
Raising logs & ensuring offer letters are released on deadline with necessary documents
Ensuring timely completion of onboarding formalities of candidates.
Ensuring onboarding of all employees.
HR Generalist Activities (10%)
Assisting in employee engagement initiatives & activities.
Assisting in appraisal process during mid & final year.
Assisting in training & development coordination.
