A. Pre-requisite for the role
Essential Qualification and Work Experience:
1. Graduate
2. Overall 2 to 5+ years of experience in BPO hiring in US Mortgage industry, handling volume and bulk hiring
Soft Skills :
1. Should have good communication and analytical skills
2. Should have exposure to work with Senior Management
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Ability to take up additional work and capability of learning new tools and processes
5. Track various metrics that may be defined later during the course of business.
6. Networking skills
7. Excellent interpersonal skills
8. Excellent Analytical skills
9. Project management capabilities
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
Technical Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of Advance Excel
2. Good with making presentations (PPT)
Preferred Qualification:
1. MBA (Full Time)
Preferred Technical Skills:
1. Exposure to Program management
2. Exposure to Business Analytics and Reporting
3. Exposure to Business Finance and MIS
B. Position Summary:
The role is responsible for the overall recruitment service delivery of the various functions in the volume and bulk hiring for Pune and other locations.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)
1. Take complete ownership of the hiring engine for Pune location and support mandates for other locations
2. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
3. Ensures effective on-boarding of selected candidates along with other stakeholders.
4. Sourcing the potential candidates from various sources i.e. Database, Employee reference, Tele-calling, Outstation hiring
5. Handling support/lateral Volume /leadership level recruitment of all processes right from sourcing profiles, interviewing, offer making and discussion and joining formalities
6. Coordinate and assist in scheduling the interviews and negotiating the compensation packages, notice periods and coordinating the other aspects to get the candidate on board 7.Recruitment analysis, updating and publishing the joining report on a weekly basis and working for Proactive and reactive requirements.
