Job Description
Looking for a well-experienced Plant HR Manager for a leading Manufacturing company at Noida. The candidate should be MBA/MSW (Regular ) and 12-15 years of experience in handling Manufacturing unit/s. Candidates having LLB degrees will be added advantage.
Applicants should be up to the age group of 42 Years.
Coordination With Plant Team:- Responsible to build a strong relationship with Plant Managers and Plant Leadership to drive
the Plant goals and bring solutions to the greater interest of the business.
HR Related Matters of the Plant:- 1, Recruitment of Blue color employees 2. Salary and Wages Inputs 3. Grievance Handling 4. Implementations of HR process and Policies.5Maintains and updates employee records.
Legal Matters and compliances:- responsible to handle legal matters/Disciplinary issues / Statutory requirements/ Committees under various Labour Laws of the unit. Ensure compliance of Labour Laws and liaison with various government officials.
Training and Development:- Ensure Timely and effective management of T&D activities in conjunction with the corporate team.
Employee Engagement:-
Audits/Administration
Health and safety
Monthly report on various HR interventions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven working experience as an HR Manager and have worked in manufacturing plants. Handled 500+ manpower
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
People-oriented and results-driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Degree in Human Resources or related field
