JOB DETAILS
Must have strong knowledge of India payroll processing and Labour compliance with best practices
Manage day-to-day payroll deliverables, integrity of payroll data and coordination with HR team
Ensuring compliance under Minimum wages and other acts are consider while performing any salary revision or offer breakup to new hire
Ensuring correct calculation and partnering in Bonus / PLI working in line with company policy / Act.
Manage and disbursement of Full and final settlement in line with the compliance policy & TAT
Ensuring correct calculation of gratuity, Leave and post-retirement benefit as per policy and providing the data to the actuary to calculate the future liability towards company.
Must have knowledge of filing returns as per rules and regulations of Provident Fund Act (RPFC), PF Trust, MLWF, TDS and Statutory returns is done well in time.
Work closely with the Finance / HR on various monthly/quarterly accounting close activities including account review, reconciliations, Provision entry and variance analysis
Manage employee inquiries ticketing system through the team on Payroll queries
Payroll policies and procedures: Develop and implement payroll processes, policies and procedures to ensure proper internal controls, efficiency and a great employee experience.
Stakeholder management: Ability to build strong and effective relations with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Should have handle group med-claim Insurance and aware of enrollment process with accuracy in Insurance data
Generate reports required for Management information system (MIS) to provide necessary information regarding wages
Coordinating with employees for investment proof and reimbursement claim
