JOB DETAILS
This position is responsible for the execution of HR Payroll processes and transactions according to documented procedures within the HR Global Service Delivery Organization. The main function of this role operates as part of the overall Payroll team and supports all the facets of the daily operations of the entire payroll cycle. As a member of the organization you will have the opportunity to interact daily with employees, managers and the HR organization with inquiries through SAP ticketing system, call center and walk ins as well as work on special ad- hoc projects.
This role will also manage the workload of the team by accurately applying local expertise and knowledge that is required to ensure all HR Payroll processes are running according to SAP standards and meet local Regulations. Has good overview/knowledge of country and cross- country processes. Additional responsibilities involved are such as supporting global/regional projects.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Responsibility includes end to end payroll preparation, processing, payroll tax reconciliation, reporting, payroll validations and supporting audits.
• Should be able to handle and resolve employee queries within specified SLA thereby achieving the set C- Sat goal.
• Responsible for the accuracy of flow of payroll postings to the general ledger.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems for both systemic issues and process. Continuous focus on process simplifications and automations.
• Test system changes, enhancements, and upgrades related to payroll. Design test procedures, define test scenarios, and perform tests to resolve problems or improve process controls.
• Responsible for all statutory related activities. Timely remittances of taxes and social security contributions, quarterly and year filing.
• Support special payroll projects and assignments as required.
• Communicate briefly, clearly, and effectively in writing and verbally.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Focus on high priority items when dealing with multiple issues
• Remain focused on high priority items in stressful, demanding situations.
• Keeping updated all documents (e.g. process manuals) necessary for the execution of HR processes.
• Support all facets of the daily operations of the entire payroll cycle.
• Working with vendors and building a relationship with them to ensure we have identified the most efficient and effective process with that vendor.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Master s degree or equivalent graduate.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical skills for payroll validations.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills in English.
• Customer oriented, self- motivated and pro- active working attitude.
• Working in fast changing environments, acquiring and sharing knowledge and improving processes.
