Conceptualize, design and support in executing management development agenda for the organization
As a key member of the Global Cipla Leadership Academy, bring in relevant thought leadership and industry experience
Design, develop, and implement, including facilitation of management development programs (for individual contributors, first time managers and people leaders) by partnering with external institutions/learning centres/internal business/stakeholders
Consult with HR Business Partners, senior business leaders & other key stakeholders to implement periodic business needbased interventions
Org-Culture Interventions in Leadership Academy
Org-wide streamlining of Induction (MiCipla) to provide One Cipla learning experience to all new joiners.
Quarterly update the collaterals and content as appropriate basis feedback
Integrate Cipla leadership Essentials in critical people processes
Launch Foundational Courses
Support the launch of E- Learning Behavioural and work skills courses across the organisation
L&D SPOC for Assigned Business
Support businesses in their specific L&D needs (alignment workshops etc. as part of Central offerings
Governance
Lead the program management of all Management Development interventions
Set the central governance framework and track due diligence of metrics and calendar for rollouts, program effectiveness, and continuous improvement globally.
