JOB DETAILS
1) Responsible for end to end recruitment for a single / multiple Business Units, preferably from IT INFRASTRUCTURE domain.
2) Effectively working with various Sourcing Channels.
3) Manage End to End recruitment cycle starting with Sourcing, Screening & qualifying potential candidates with assessment of interest, co-coordinating the interview with the panel, Salary negotiation, documentation for Background Verification / Offer generation and On-boarding
4) Willingness to work in a target driven environment
5) Should have good communication skills.
6) Candidate should be immediate joiner .
