JOB DETAILS
- Responsible in handling & Managing Issue & posts Issue activities for Initial Public Offering (IPO)
- Initial Public Issue Management including preparation and filing of Draft Prospectus with Stock Exchanges and other Regulatory Authorities.
- Carrying out Pre-Issue activities such as lock in of shares, liasoning with Depositories, Merchant Banker & other intermediaries for Banker Instruction to the Issue to theSCSBs.
- Post issue activities include Bid Analysis, Price Discovery, Reconciliation, Technical & Multiple application rejection, preparing Basis of Allotment & get it approved from Stock exchanges.
- Initiating Credit of shares to investors demat account by executing corporate action.
- Good Understanding of securities laws including SEBI ICDR & companies Act.
