Sourcing, Scheduling
and Assessment: Source prospective candidates through Job Boards (Naukri.com Monster,IIM jobs, LinkedIn), Employee referrals and Vendors basis the JD
receipt from the Hiring Manager /Business Unit. Conduct HR Assessment for
the park with interview panel
Offer
Negotiation and Roll-out: Co-ordinate with HR Business Partners and Offer Management Team
with Offer creation and benchmarks. Issue formal Offer Letters to
candidates by coordinating with HR Operations team
Documentation
and Background Verification: Collect mandatory set of documents from a candidate and co-ordinate
with the Background verification team for initiation of case
Management Information
System (MIS):
Maintain the information of the hiring in form of updates in recruitment
trackers. Manage the entries of the roles in Application Tracking System (ATS)
Client and
Business Unit Meetings: Weekly/Fortnightly meetings with hiring managers/ BU heads to
discuss recruitment updates
Market Mapping – Specific &
In-depth research work on targeted companies, industries, personnel,
markets and services
Participate and contribute
in team huddles
Proactively support key
initiatives that have been delivered to implement change
Participate in OPEX initiatives to identify potential process improvement areas.
Conduct process mentoring and On the Job training for new
joiners/ team members
