In your role as a HRBP, GBS & Corp Functions & Corporate HR at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by: HR Business Partnering: · Partnering the function to support on people activities based on business need. · Supporting on manpower planning and work closely with the talent acquisition team to provide suitable talent · Partnering with the function to drive performance, talent & reward processes · Partnering with the function to identify & drive functional capability initiatives · Supporting on career paths and conversations for the function Corporate HR: · Driving specific projects linked to performance & talent management – Deployment of the Coaching Development Tool, Career Pathing, Embedding Growth Competencies · Driving employee engagement through implementation of the engagement calendar, reward & recognition programme and employee experience on key employee moments · Supporting on WOK agenda & POSH implementation WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE? As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Human Resources, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements: Required: Post Graduate degree in HR (Tier 1 institute preferable) 3-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational organisation Preferred: HR Business Partnering experience or experience in driving performance & talent processes
