Social Media initiatives Reach out on various social media platform, bring ideas on engaging candidates on these platforms.
Support the TA/ Recruitment Team and the HR team
Employer Branding Glassdoor activity, LinkedIn page updates, career page
Drive campus recruitment drives reach out to colleges/institutions, create Internship plans, fulltime opportunity, organise recruitment drives
Manage stakeholders - internal and external
Drive internal projects
Graduates/MBA HR with a minimum experience of 4-5 years experience in talent acquisition in a MNC/ fast paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must
Must be able to manage multiple stakeholders
IT savvy and capable of sourcing candidates through multiple sources including LinkedIn and other databases
